- Welcome to Protranx. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Protranx mobile application, website, and related services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using Protranx immediately.
1. About Protranx
Protranx is a digital marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers (“Providers”) offering various local services such as tutoring, fitness training, cleaning, wellness services, and more.
Protranx is not the employer, agent, or representative of the Providers. All Providers operate as independent contractors.
2. Eligibility - You may use Protranx only if:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You can enter into a legally binding agreement.
- You provide truthful and accurate information.
You comply with all applicable laws.
3. Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- All activity on your account.
- Not sharing your account with others.
4. User Types
A. Customers
Individuals who request or book services through Protranx.
B. Providers
Independent professionals offering approved service categories. Providers must follow verification procedures and comply with laws and licensing requirements.
5. Booking a Service
Customers may book services by selecting a provider, choosing a date/time, and completing payment.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed. Providers must accept or decline bookings promptly.
6. Payments & Fees
All payments on Protranx are made securely through third-party payment processors.
You agree that: - Payment is required to confirm a booking.
- Protranx may charge platform fees.
- Cash or off-platform payments are prohibited.
7. Provider Earnings & Payouts
Providers earn money from completed services and can request payouts through the Platform.
Providers are responsible for: - Taxes
- Licenses and insurance
- Compliance with local regulations
8. Cancellations & Refunds
A. Customer Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the Provider’s cancellation policy and how much notice was given.
B. Provider Cancellations
If a Provider cancels, customers may receive a refund or choose a different Provider.
C. No-Show Protection - If a provider does not show up, customers may receive a refund.
- If a customer does not show, the provider may still be compensated.
9. User Responsibilities
A. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate booking and location details.
Communicate respectfully with providers.
Ensure a safe environment for service delivery.
B. Provider Responsibilities
Deliver services safely and professionally.
Maintain accurate pricing and availability.
Comply with all licensing, certification, and legal requirements.
10. Prohibited Activities - Illegal or fraudulent use of the Platform.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
- Impersonation of other individuals.
- Posting false or misleading information.
- Payment outside the Platform.
- Attempting to bypass or hack the Platform.
11. Reviews & Ratings
Users may leave reviews after a completed booking.
By submitting a review, you agree that it must be: - Truthful and based on real experience.
- Not defamatory, offensive, or misleading.
12. Safety & Liability Disclaimer
Protranx aims to promote a safe environment but does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Providers.
Providers are independent contractors, and Protranx is not responsible for: - Personal injury
- Property damage
- Service quality issues
- Disputes between customers and providers
13. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, designs, code, and materials on the Platform are the property of Protranx or its licensors.
You agree not to reproduce or distribute any content without permission.
14. Termination
Protranx may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
You may delete your account at any time.
15. Dispute Resolution
Protranx may assist with disputes but is not obligated to resolve them. Legal disputes must be resolved under the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: - Protranx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Protranx is not responsible for user or third-party actions.
- Total liability is limited to the amount you paid via the Platform in the last 12 months.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Protranx harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
18. Changes to These Terms
Protranx may update these Terms periodically. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, when required, notify users via the app or email.
Continued use of Protranx means you accept the updated Terms.
