How Payments Work
Protranc's secure system holds payments until service completion. Customers pay safely, providers get paid after job confirmation.
Protranx Wallet
Your digital balance to track earnings and payouts. View balance, transactions, and request withdrawals from Dashboard → Wallet.
Adding Payment Method
Save cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay in your profile for faster checkout. All details are encrypted and secure.
Earnings & Payouts
Providers earn after customer confirms service. Withdraw via bank or PayPal when balance exceeds $10 (1-3 days processing).
Refunds
Available for cancellations, no-shows, or unsatisfactory service. Refunds go back to original payment method or Protranx Wallet.
Security & Disputes
All transactions encrypted and monitored. Report payment issues through Help Center for resolution within 24-48 hours.
